2006年～2016年　国内、国外の設計事務所勤務

2017年～大塚新也建築事務所設立

設計をする時に大切にする事は、「建築の楽しさを表現すること」、「立地の環境(自然光、風、温度、音、高低差、借景、道路等）を活かし、その場所にしかできない世界に一つだけの建物をつくること」です。

例えば住宅の場合、「決まっているものを買う」のではなく、「建物を建てる」ことを大切にしたいと思っています。立地環境に目を向けて、一つ一つを丁寧に手作りをすることで、デザイン・機能・コストが優れているのはもちろん、ランニングコストも大きく減ってきます。

また、一緒に創る中で、建築の楽しさをお伝えして、建主様とその建物との間に素敵な思い出をご提供したいと思っています。建築の楽しさをお客様と共有する為に、３Ｄパースや模型、図面、スケッチ、VR等で情報をお伝えしていきます。時には建築旅行を企画して好みの建物を巡ったり、ショールームに一緒に行くなどして、建主様と共に最後まで創り上げていきます。

When we design for customers, the important things are ”to express the pleasure of architecture”, “make use of the location’s environment (natural lighting, wind, temperature, sound, elevation difference, landscape and road etc) and we make a one of a kind building for you that can only be made for your location”.

For example: Our company would like to treasure “planning your own house”, not just buy one already made. We look to each location’s environment and carefully make the houses one by one. So designs, functionality and costs are optimized and it brings the costs down. Also when working with customers, we convey the fun of architecture and provide amazing memories of building homes together. And we convey the information to them using digital 3D models, building models, plans, sketches and Virtual Reality. We also plan architecture tours and go to showrooms. Our company will be there from the start of the project to completion.
